In this key leadership role, you’ll be at the heart of our supporter ecosystem—building deep relationships, optimizing processes, and driving strategy to ensure every interaction reflects our unwavering commitment to children around the world. From call centre leadership to campaign execution, donor retention to quality assurance, this role is both strategic and hands-on, combining data-driven insight with a passion for service.
