About the role
Han-Cor Construction, a locally owned company for over 25 years, is hiring a part-time
Virtual Assistant. The position involves engaging with potential clients on social media,
scheduling appointments, and managing social media content and engagement. This
role requires strong communication and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Social Media Engagement: Creating content, engaging with followers, and
monitoring social media performance.
- Lead Generation: Reaching out to prospects, assessing their interest in
products or services, and qualifying leads.
- Appointment Scheduling: Setting up meetings or consultations between the
owner and qualified leads.
- Follow-up: Contacting prospects who haven't responded or need further
information.
- Product/Service Familiarization: Gaining a solid understanding of the
company's offerings to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Communication: Handling email correspondence, phone calls, and other forms
of communication.
- Administrative Tasks: Providing other administrative duties as needed.
Essential Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for
interacting with potential clients on social media and via other channels.
- Social Media Proficiency: Familiarity with various social media platforms and
their functionalities.
- Customer Service Skills: Providing a positive and helpful experience for
potential clients.
Location of Job:
- 100% Remote: Employees work exclusively from their home office.
