  • We deliver results for our clients through data-driven, ROI-focused organic and paid media campaigns
  • Our services include paid media, (search, social, and programmatic), search engine optimization (SEO), content development, and website design & development
  • Socius Marketing is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Account Management to lead our team of account managers
  • As the Account Management lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the relationship between our agency and our clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded
  • You will play a pivotal role in driving growth, fostering client satisfaction, and maintaining strong partnerships
  • Team Development: Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, providing guidance and oversight on accounts varying from local to national scale
  • Client Support and Advocacy: Provide support, advocacy, and solutions to your team’s clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve client issues, overseeing a team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing existing accounts
  • Escalation Point: Serve as the primary point of escalation for any client issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction
