Why we'd want to work with you:

We’re seeking an engaging, outcome-driven individual to join our Client Engagement team to facilitate the migration of clients to our new marketing feature set. The successful candidate will be a Solution Expert within our team, assisting clients in adopting and maximizing our marketing-focused products through consultation, training, and solving day-to-day challenges. They will be subject matter expert in AudienceView’s marketing tools, specifically email marketing, website attribution, social media campaigns, and analytics. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong client engagement skills, and be adept at proactively training, guiding, and advising clients to achieve their business outcomes

What you'll do:

  • Translate client questions and challenges into effective solutions using AudienceView’s marketing feature set, including email campaigns, website attribution, social media strategies, and promotional tools.
  • Serve within a team of Solution Experts as the primary contact for client inquiries, managing a queue of incoming cases to meet response and resolution targets related to marketing-focused migrations.
  • Monitor and track key performance metrics to ensure successful client adoption and utilization of AudienceView’s marketing tools.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our clients via phone, support portal, and email, guiding them through the use of marketing features and troubleshooting any issues encountered.
  • Host regular webinars and open office hours to support one-to-many client enablement, focusing on product education, best practices, and feature adoption.
  • Develop and deliver scalable training sessions that address common marketing use cases, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer across client teams.
  • Complete assigned tasks by specified deadlines and proactively communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and with external stakeholders to assess, analyze, and resolve product issues.
  • Work flexible shifts as dictated by client milestones and seasonal requirements.
  • Maintain current knowledge of marketing trends and best practices within the ticketing and live events industries.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in a client-facing support or services role at a SaaS company, preferably with a focus on marketing technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend client marketing challenges, develop appropriate solutions, and communicate those solutions clearly.
  • Experience training clients in software features, specifically related to email marketing, social media, and web analytics.
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating with clients to solve problems and achieve their desired marketing outcomes.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and determine effective resolutions.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of Mac and/or Windows operating systems, internet applications, and marketing platforms.

  • Previous experience with AudienceView products or similar ticketing/marketing systems.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and live event industries
