Description Revenue Cycle Manager – Pediatric Therapy (ABA, PT/OT/SLP) | Jacksonville, FL | Full-Time Location: 484 Riverside Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32202 (Must reside in Jacksonville, FL area. Occasional Hybrid Days)

Empower Pediatric Care with H2 Health H2 Health is hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead billing operations for our pediatric therapy services in Jacksonville, FL. You’ll drive performance across ABA, PT, OT, SLP, and behavioral health, ensuring accurate and timely revenue cycle management in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all revenue cycle functions, including intake, authorizations, coding, billing, collections, and payment posting
  • Submit accurate claims for ABA, PT, OT, SLP, and behavioral health services
  • Lead denials and bad debt task forces; reduce AR days and improve collections
  • Stay updated on payer regulations and pediatric therapy reimbursement trends
  • Supervise and mentor revenue cycle staff, ensuring team efficiency and compliance
  • Track KPIs and create dashboards for denial trends, collections, and performance metrics
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and billing accuracy through cross-department collaboration

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of revenue cycle management in a healthcare setting, with a pediatric therapy focus
  • Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding for ABA, PT/OT/SLP, and behavioral health
  • Experienced in insurance verification, prior authorizations, Medicaid, MCOs, and commercial payers
  • Demonstrated success in denial reduction and reimbursement optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Raintree, Waystar, or Availity systems
  • Knowledge of value-based care and payer contracting in pediatric rehabilitation
