Our Membership Concierge team is the heart and soul of Life Time. As the face of our premium brand, you’ll shape each member's club experience by making them feel welcomed, valued and at home. As a trusted ambassador, you’ll guide members to discover new classes, connect with Personal Trainers, and explore meals to enjoy at the LifeCafe. Your role goes beyond answering questions—you foster meaningful connections, offer personalized recommendations, and become a reliable friend to every member. Through the relationships you build and the care you provide, you’ll inspire healthier lifestyles and create lasting memberships that feel like friendships.
Position Summary
The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value-based relationships which increases member loyalty and assists them in meeting their healthy way of life goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
- Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
- Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
- Assists members with transactions and general account changes
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Commitment to serve others
- Effective communication skills
- Passion for living a healthy way of life
- Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Must have good verbal communication
- Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
Preferred Requirements
- HS graduate or equivalent preferred
