What You’ll Do

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact between Polaron and potential customers. Your goal is to build interest and excitement around solar energy and help homeowners take the first step toward a cleaner future.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating leads and identifying potential customers
  • Scheduling in-home or virtual consultations for our Solar Specialists
  • Engaging with the community throughout Victoria Island to explain the benefits of going solar
  • Managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Representing Polaron with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence

Who You Are

We’re looking for individuals who are:

  • Self-starters with a strong sense of initiative
  • Comfortable leading conversations or open to learning and training in this skill
  • High-energy and enthusiastic, with a natural ability to connect with others
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented, always striving to exceed targets
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
  • Background in renewable energy or a strong interest in sustainability
  • Experience using CRM tools or scheduling platforms
  • Multilingual skills are a plus

  • Work schedule is  Sunday to Thursday , so you can enjoy your weekends off
  • Flexible work hours  between 11:00AM and 7:00PM
  • You’ll be engaging directly with homeowners all across Victoria Island – expect a dynamic, social, and rewarding environment
  • Ongoing training and support will be provided to help you succeed
  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time Solar Advisor or leadership position
