Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager located in Brampton, ON. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Office Administration and Front Office skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
