UX Designer (Startup Role – AI, E-commerce & Logistics Focus)

We’re a fast-growing startup reimagining how businesses manage supply chains, AI insights, and e-commerce ecosystems across the globe. Our platform combines AI-powered forecasting, smart routing for global shipments, and predictive inventory + sales systems to help brands operate smarter and faster.
We’re looking for a UX Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, user-centric environment and wants to help shape the visual experience and usability of the next generation of supply chain platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Design core workflows across our platform—from onboarding flows to AI dashboards to analytics drilldowns
- Create intuitive wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and AI researchers to translate complex workflows into beautiful, functional UI
- Own the end-to-end user journey and ensure clarity, speed, and usability for varied user types (vendors, store managers, warehouses, etc.)
- Use real feedback and usability testing data to iterate quickly and refine UX strategy
- Collaborate on and evolve our design system for consistency across web and mobile surfaces
- Support branding, product storytelling, and micro-interactions that enhance engagement
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in startup or SaaS environments (not mandatory as long as portfolio shows something)
- Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, interactive prototypes, and visual polish
- Experience designing data-dense dashboards or enterprise tools is a major plus
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and developer handoff best practices
- Comfort working in an agile, fast-paced setting where priorities evolve quickly
- Passion for user empathy, elegant simplicity, and solving real-world problems
- Bonus: experience with AI tools, supply chain platforms, or e-commerce systems
