About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Coupa P2P Specialist who will be responsible for managing configurations, integrations, and user enablement across both modules (Coupa P2P & T&E). The individual supports ongoing improvements, adoption, and compliance by streamlining workflows, enhancing automation, and driving functional consistency.
In this role, you will

Manage and document solution design and configuration changes, including new releases and change requests for P2P and T&E modules.

Configure and customize Coupa Forms, Webforms, Expense Policies, Liquid Templates, and Approval Chains specific to procurement and travel.

Maintain and troubleshoot sFTP/API-based interfaces handling master data and transactional flows across procurement and travel domains.

Configure T&E-specific workflows, including per diem rules, mileage reimbursements, and expense category mappings.

Analyze current Coupa business processes (Requisition to Pay & Expense to Reimbursement) and implement enhancements using new Coupa features.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

4+ years of relevant experience in procurement or P2P systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Coupa Certifications.
