We are seeking a self-motivated and performance-driven team member to join us at Ens Toyota. The role we are seeking to fill is Business Development (BDC)/Receptionist Assistant. This is a new role designed to meet the growing needs of our company – the hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is comfortable on the phone, and thrives on helping others. An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be reliable, and be able to adapt to various administrative tasks. Experience in customer service and an outgoing personality are beneficial. The ability to speak a second language would be a valuable asset in meeting the diverse needs of our clientele. Honesty, integrity, and professionalism are mandatory.

What You’ll Do
As a BDC Assistant, you will:
- Support the Business Development Centre by handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Forward calls and messages to the appropriate staff.
- Book appointments and follow up with leads using dealership software.
- Input accurate customer information into our computer system.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules.
- Communicate to potential or previous clients on services and offers through calls, emails and text messages.
- Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction.
As a Receptionist, you will:
- Cover the front desk during lunch hours, absences, and the end of the day.
- Greet all visitors and customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Checking and forwarding emails.
- Notifies colleagues of customer arrival.
- Provide basic and accurate information about the dealership in person or by phone/email.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure.
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Previous customer service, reception, or BDC experience.
- Automotive experience is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of automotive services is considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Technology savvy.
- Attention to detail.
- Performing routine tasks.
This is a permanent FULL-TIME position from Monday to Friday.
Remuneration is negotiable based on experience.
