About The Job Responsible for supporting Head of Marketing to execute all Public Relations and Media initiatives across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring Swarovski maintains top-of-mind brand awareness, drives earned media coverage, delivers consumer-centric events, and maximizes media investments to contribute directly to brand desirability and topline sales performance.
Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Develop and maintain good press and public relations to maximize earned coverage and brand exposure.
- Manage the PR sample showroom with support from the Marketing Interns.
- Facilitate the delivery of press releases to the media industry via professional network
- Maintain and deliver to our central team the monthly PR clipping reports.
- Build & maintain relationships with journalists, PR agencies, stylists and local influencers and keep the brand top of mind for our end-consumers.
- Implement local strategies on Social Media channels
- Ensure personal awareness of our core consumer groups.
- Manage the PR out-reach activations
- Implementation of internal and external events
- Support the PR Internship program
- Implement and measure the media plan
- Liaise with the media agency on a frequent basis to ensure brand compliance, spend efficiency, innovation and optimum brand positioning to achieve our top-line sales targets.
- Prepare the briefing and trafficking of media artwork/creative for all ATL campaigns including but not limited to TVC, Print, OOH, Digital, Social and Cinema.
- Monitor the media landscape through BPMS (Brand Performance Measurement Study) and provide suggestions to adjust spending based on media platform efficacy e.g. moving from print to digital.
- Key point of contact for the media agency for day-to-day collaboration.
- Raise POs for any planned media in a timely manner.
About You We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
- Experience in brand management, stakeholder management
- Excellent consumer/customer/industry knowledge and communication skills
- Agility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
