Responsibilities:

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being familiar with all product offerings.
• Drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and meet operational expectations.
• Maintain personal and productivity goals
• Connect with each client by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
• Be able to learn and share product and trend expertise to meet customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of all products through training.
• Contribute to brand awareness by assisting the store manager with social media.

Qualifications:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in retail.
• Confident and comfortable in dealing with customers to provide them with a positive experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm for running.
• Autonomous, able to perform tasks or activities with little supervision.
• Flexible in its availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays.
