We’re looking for a remote Business Development Representative in the Professional Services industry.
This person will be joining a dynamic and well-respected firm known for partnering with leading companies. With a strong reputation for personalized service and deep market expertise, this organization was built on a passion for helping businesses grow.
The Business Development Representative will play a critical role in generating new business by identifying and securing client relationships through proactive outbound outreach.
Business Development Representative responsibilities:
· Research and identify potential client companies in target industries
· Network via phone, email, and LinkedIn and events to connect with decision-makers
· Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
· Set up meetings for account managers with qualified leads
· Maintain accurate records of outreach and client interactions in the CRM
· Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and market positioning
· Consistently meet and exceed activity and lead generation targets
The successful candidate has:
· 5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales—ideally in professional services
· Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· A hunter mentality with a passion for outreach and connecting with new prospects
· Proficiency with CRM tools and outreach platforms
· A self-starter mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
