Sponsored Products (SP), a core offering, leverages innovative technology, including Generative AI (Gen AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs), to help advertisers, retail vendors, and brand owners succeed. By combining AI-powered solutions with data-driven insights, we enable advertisers to meet their business objectives while enhancing the shopping experience for millions of customers. The Targeting Team within Sponsored Products plays a crucial role in enabling advertisers to reach more shoppers. Our mission is to build state-of-the-art algorithms and AI systems that optimize targeting precision and relevance, ultimately driving incremental sales for advertisers and creating a better shopping experience for customers.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
