We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing logistics team in Milton Ontario.

This will be a challenging and rewarding position for the successful candidate and we look forward to reviewing all qualified applicants.

Compensation: $40,000-$45,000 depending on experience

Shift: Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00, occasional weekend support required

The focus of this role is tracking and tracing all loads as well as providing exceptional customer service. Duties will include but not limited to:

· Complete track & trace for all loads picking up, delivering and in transit

· Handle customer inquires and provides exceptional customer service

· Complete Bills of lading as required

· Complete 1st round billing, preparing loads for invoicing

· Data Entry

· Ability to provide after-hours and weekend support as necessary

· Maintain mutually beneficial carrier/broker relationships

· Other logistics and administrative duties as required

Skills and Abilities:

· Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· A positive customer first attitude

· Excellent telephone etiquette

· Must be a team player

· Effective listening and strong communication skills

· Exceptional computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

· Ability to organize, prioritize and problem solve

· Excellent multi-tasking skills

Other Requirements:

· Must have a reliable vehicle

· Ability to write, read and speak English

· Ability to support after hours as required

· Minimum of High School Diploma

This is an entry level position, previous experience in Transportation & Logistics is an asset.
