The Role
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and self-driven Digital Marketing Content Creator to lead the execution of our weekly email campaigns and social media content. You’ll play a key role in visually communicating our brand, engaging our community, and driving product storytelling across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Email Campaigns

  • Design and build 2 beautiful branded emails per week + + update our Flows when needed, using Figma and Klaviyo
  • Write compelling copy that drives engagement and tells our seasonal stories
  • Support performance tracking and optimization over time

Social Media Content

  • Plan, write, and design 4-5 organic posts per week for all social platforms (IG, FB, Pinterest)
  • Create short-form videos and repurpose content across channels with consistent tone and visuals
  • Occasionally appear on camera for short-form content (BTS, Reels, voiceover videos, etc.)

What we expect (non-negotiable):

  • In your first week: deliver 3 social post drafts + 2 email templates within 72 hours
  • Comfortable and enthusiastic about appearing on camera for social media content
  • Strong grasp of fashion, branding, and storytelling
  • Proficient in Klaviyo, Canva or Figma, and familiar with Meta/Instagram tools
  • Able to commit to 20 hours/week with a quick turnaround and proactive communication
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years experience in content creation or digital marketing for fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Strong visual skills and familiarity with Figma (or Canva Pro)
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
  • Clear communication, fast turnaround (48–72 hours), and attention to detail
  • A passion for sustainability, slow fashion, and cultural storytelling
  • Available 15-20 hours/week

Bonus but not required:

  • Experience with Shopify or SEO best practices
  • Knowledge of sustainable fashion or ethical branding principles
