We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and dedicated Temporary Part Time Administrative Assistant - to join our Communications team reporting to the Director, People and Culture. You will provide general administrative support.
Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support.

Input data entry.
-
Administrative maintenance as per requests.

Maintain office calendars.

Assist with various aspects of volunteer coordination

Assist the Volunteer coordinator with Day-to-Day operations of Volunteer services for Long term Care.

Assist with event planning, marketing and writing editing.
-
Assist with fund raising activities, social media, events.

Assist with and duties directed by supervisor.
All successful candidates must have, prior to start date:

A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
