Responsibilities
- Respond to all inbound service-related calls, emails, texts, and online appointment requests.
- Conduct outbound calls for service follow-ups, recalls, seasonal tire changes, overdue maintenance, and missed appointments.
- Confirm and reschedule service appointments as required.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer profiles and service history in CRM/DMS systems.
- Work closely with service advisors to manage daily schedules and ensure efficient service lane flow.
- Send appointment reminders and follow up with customers after their service visit.
- Promote and upsell additional services or promotions when appropriate.
- Monitor and track KPIs, including appointment show rate, conversion rates, and customer retention metrics.
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a BDC representative or customer service in automotive retail.
- Bilingual (French and English) is required.
- Proficiency with DMS and CRM systems (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Xtime, or equivalent) an asset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and exceptional follow-through skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays.
- Experience with BMW or other premium automotive brands an asset but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
