We are hiring a Senior Manager, Healthcare Strategy & Transformation
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Healthcare Strategy & Transformation, the Sr. Manager is responsible for managing the design and development of a number of innovative care delivery programs as well as supporting the Sr. Director in identifying and evaluating new growth opportunities that are aligned with our Connected Healthcare Network (CHN) Strategy.
The Sr. Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership across the enterprise to launch strategic programs/products. The successful candidate will also identify, prioritize, and support with execution of other innovative initiatives to accelerate our CHN strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Lead opportunity assessments including market attractiveness, financial modeling, patient journey development and other related business planning material for new healthcare innovation initiatives
- Participate in negotiations with new partners, and manage existing relationships
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with external associations to advance the strategy
- Lead the identification, documentation, and integration of technical, clinical, and operational requirements by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead day-to-day coordination of large cross-functional healthcare innovation projects
- Superior PowerPoint and written communication skills to create presentations
What You'll Need:
- University degree with a concentration in Business and / or Health Sciences, preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in strategic planning and execution (ideally in the healthcare sector)
- Experience/knowledge of Canadian Healthcare landscape
- Experience in healthcare innovation and/or human-centred design is a valued asset
- Experience leading and managing large-scale implementations
- Must be able to develop business cases with accompanying investment metric models
- Ability to be proactive on deliverables
- Ability to work within a dynamic rapidly evolving environment
- Ability to work with cross-functional departments to achieve business goals
- Ability to understand healthcare regulatory frameworks and healthcare ecosystem
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, combined with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
