Part-Time .5 FTE Healthcare Event Submissions Coordinator
About the role
Syreon is looking for a part-time .5 FTE Healthcare Event Submissions Coordinator to join our multi-disciplinary unit in the ongoing support of cutting edge research programs.
This part-time role is an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team of research support staff for the scheduling and delivery of healthcare meeting and events data.
The role requires
meticulous attention to detail. The candidate MUST be fluently bilingual (both written and verbal English and French), highly computer literate, with experience in communications and contracting an asset. Prior healthcare experience or training is not required.
Tasks include telephone communications, collection and submission of data into computer portals, communicating data submission expectations and timelines, handling and filing of submitted documentation, responding to general questions, and supporting Coordinating Team to ensure prompt contracting and payments.
