Your job
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead Cash Management Specialists in partnering with Banking Centre, Real Estate, and Equipment Finance teams to deliver comprehensive business banking solutions aligned with financial goals.
- Revenue Assurance & Process Oversight: Ensure accurate fee collection and minimize client reimbursements by overseeing service fee programming, account reviews, and error prevention.
- Client Experience Management: Promote exceptional client service by ensuring timely and effective responses that reflect the bank’s brand promise.
- Operational Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to KYC/AML guidelines, manage audit participation, and oversee accurate reporting and remedial project execution.
- Marketing & CRM Engagement: Guide team involvement in marketing initiatives and ensure consistent use of CRM tools to support business development.
- Coaching & Development: Provide continuous leadership and coaching to enhance team members’ administrative and client service capabilities.

Within the Cash Management - Commercial Banking sector, you are part of a team of expert specialists' professionals, reporting to the VP and Market Lead, Edmonton Downtown District. Basic requirements
- Minimum 4 years banking experience of which 2 years in a business or other banking support and administrative role.
- Strong background in cash management, treasury management, payments, merchant services, liquidity, and investment products and services.
- Excellent knowledge of cash management products, services, service fees, and renewal terms.
- Solid understanding of Payment Canada Rules, knowledge of deposit and investment products, and understanding of business and cash management market knowledge.
- A passionate leader and coach who can effectively empower a team and be a role model for team performance, employee engagement, and career progression.
