We’re currently hiring Electrical Apprentices (Level 1–3) who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow their skills on exciting, diverse projects.

What You’ll Do

As an Apprentice at TDR Electric, you’ll work under experienced Journeypersons and Foremen, gaining hands-on experience and progressing through your apprenticeship with support at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial and institutional settings
• Read and interpret drawings, specs, and schematics
• Pull wire, bend conduit, and install fixtures under supervision
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Learn and follow the BC Electrical Code and safety procedures
• Attend scheduled training sessions and participate in mentorship programs
• Ask questions, take initiative, and own your learning

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for motivated apprentices who want more than just a job—they want a future in the electrical trade.

Qualifications:

• Registered Level 1, 2, or 3 electrical apprentice in BC (required)
• 6+ months of on-site electrical experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and work hard in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and take feedback
• Comfortable using basic tools and technology
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $25.40-$39.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
