About the Role
As our Leasing Manager, you will take charge of marketing and leasing activities, ensuring seamless move-ins and lease renewals. Collaborating closely with the site management team, you’ll help foster a thriving community for our residents while driving occupancy and delivering top-tier service.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Advertising
- Lead online advertisements across multiple platforms and social media to generate rental leads.
- Plan tenant events and promotions to enhance engagement and community spirit.
- Regularly evaluate local rental market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Suggest and implement innovative marketing strategies to maximize visibility and occupancy.
Customer Care
- Respond to rental inquiries with professionalism and care, showcasing our property’s strengths.
- Conduct on-site showings and provide orientation tours to prospective residents.
- Facilitate smooth move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and walkthroughs.
- Build lasting relationships with residents and address concerns during their tenancy.
Operational Support
- Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and assist with site administration.
- Track and report on leasing activity effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure rent-ready status for all vacant units.
- Coordinate lease renewal processes to maintain high occupancy rates.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with coordinating and executing marketing initiatives and residential lease-ups.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and initiative to enhance tenant experiences.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and leasing software.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Knowledge of Winnipeg’s rental market is a plus.
