About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager

to

join our Core Platform team, which builds and evolves the foundational capabilities that power all of A2X. This includes infrastructure such as security, billing, ecommerce integrations, mapping and settlements, and organization-level features.

This group builds and scales the foundational functionality that powers A2X, safeguarding our moat while unlocking new revenue opportunities. It’s a feature‑heavy, growth‑focused

role with broad scope and opportunity to shape visible, impactful parts of the product.

You’ll step into a well‑established team, balancing the care of mature functionality with driving new initiatives. Domain familiarity with accounting and ecommerce is helpful, but we most value sharp product thinking, fast learning, and a blend of systems logic and creative problem‑solving—plus the ability to partner with technical teams and make data‑informed decisions.

You’ll work closely with engineers in Europe and collaborate across time zones with our design, support, and marketing teams around the world.

What You’ll Do

  • Own

key areas of our core product, including org‑level data entities, workflows, billing, and integrations across various ecommerce platforms and accounting systems.

  • Prioritize

features and improvements that drive customer value and business growth.

  • Collaborate

cross‑functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to plan and ship high‑impact work.

  • Talk

regularly with customers and partners to uncover insights, validate ideas, and improve our product.

  • Manage

the product development process end‑to‑end: from discovery to release and iteration.

  • Set

clear goals and use data to measure the impact of your work.

  • Help shape

    and communicate the roadmap.

  • Work

autonomously and handle ambiguity with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Data‑savvy and systems‑minded. You query and analyze product data, model and connect complex data pipelines, and translate raw numbers into customer‑facing insights and clear product direction—even when information is incomplete.
  • Experience working on B2B products with complex workflows or accounting/financial components.
  • Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of a complex domain and platform architecture.
  • Experience with platform thinking—building reusable systems and services that serve multiple product surfaces.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce, accounting software, or integrations with platforms like Xero, QuickBooks, Shopify, Amazon, etc. would be an asset.
  • Ability to think big and execute well—balancing strategy and detail.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in a remote setting.
  • Comfortable working across time zones.

What You Can Expect From Us

  • A culture that values pragmatic decision-making, autonomy, and velocity.
  • Access to a deep well of customer feedback and usage data to inform your decisions.
  • A remote, flexible, supportive work environment.
  • Interesting and meaningful product challenges in a growing company.
  • A team that values ownership, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Occasional meet‑ups in Toronto.

Save time and have confidence in your ecommerce financials. A2X software posts your Shopify, Amazon, BigCommerce, Etsy, Walmart, and eBay sales data directly into QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage in tidy summaries that match the payments to your bank account.

Loved and trusted by thousands of merchants and their accountants and bookkeepers (1,500+ reviews, average 4.9 / 5 stars), A2X solves a key pain-point that many ecommerce sellers aren't even aware of: Inaccurate ecommerce financials, often leading to poor business decisions and incorrect tax calculations. Once a seller realizes this issue, fixing it takes dozens of hours spent in spreadsheets, plus constant maintenance to keep things accurate going forward.

A2X automation solves this problem seamlessly across all your sales channels, letting you focus on your business with confidence, and with accurate financials.

Founded in 2014, A2X operates across APAC, EMEA & North America. It has processed over 700,000,000 orders and reconciled over 3,000,000 settlements for merchants around the globe.
