Job Title: General Labourer

Location: Pickering, ON

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Work Type: Contract, Position end date is August 29, 2025

Compensation Range: $18/hour

About the role:

We are seeking motivated and dependable individual to join our warehouse team at a licensed cannabis manufacturing facility. This entry-level role is ideal for college students looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, regulated industry. As a General Labourer, you will support day-to-day warehouse operations including order picking, packing, product movement, and maintaining a clean and compliant workspace.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the movement, organization, and storage of cannabis products and packaging materials
  • Pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and production areas
  • Follow Health Canada and company safety protocols
  • Support other departments when needed (packaging, production, sanitation)
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production and shipping goals
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 19 years old
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Able to follow strict compliance and safety rules
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
