- Perform minor maintenance and repair work in guest rooms and common areas.
- Respond to guest service requests quickly and courteously.
- Carry out preventive maintenance in accordance with hotel standards.
- Ensure proper functioning of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.

Job requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (hotel maintenance, building services, etc.).
- Functional French and English to interact with international guests.
- General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry.
