About the role
We are currently seeking to add strength to our team in our London, ON region as:
Property Administrator/APM
You will be responsible for assisting the Property Managers to service and maintain property management accounts and for maintaining the integrity of the property files in accordance with the corporate mission statement and corporate policies and procedures.
Responsibilities Include:

Administration of phone calls and messages for appropriate properties.
-
General administration duties such as filing, ordering supplies, maintenance requests, etc. as assigned.

Maintain a solid understanding of condo/rental/non-profit/commercial administrative procedures including AGM registration, general meetings conduct, and meeting procedures, preparation of AGM package and budget package.

Move Tenants in and out in Yardi system.
-
Attends educational courses and seminars to remain current on industry changes.
Required Qualifications:

College Diploma or University Degree.
-
3 years office experience.
-
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Training in property management or related discipline is preferred
-
Possess or working towards obtaining professional designations as they relate to the property management field.
