As a Senior Practice Management & Teams Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing practice management strategies to enhance team performance.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives.
- Providing expert advice and support to teams in the Wealth Management sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead practice management initiatives and projects.
- Analyze team performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Facilitate training and development programs for team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in practice management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business or finance.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful projects.
