We’re looking for an Esthetician Extraordinaire—someone who knows their enzymes from their acids, peptides from their placebos, and who brings both curiosity and care to every complexion. Who You Are

• Esthetician with 2+ years of hands-on experience in advanced facial
• Passionate about education, ingredient knowledge, and creating visible results
• Caring, because skin is personal, and so is our approach
• Intuitive, you read the skin, not just the intake form
• Experienced in custom facials, extractions, microcurrent, LED therapy, peels, and more
• Dedicated to precision, cleanliness, and professional excellence (clean room, clear mind)
• Confident in recommending products, because you know what works, and why
• Punctual, self-motivated, and grounded in high-performance team values

What You’ll Do

• Deliver highly customized, results-driven facials tailored to each client’s skin needs and goals
• Guide clients through thoughtful skincare education, no pressure, just expertise
• Work with professional-grade products and advanced skincare technologies
• Maintain a pristine, welcoming treatment space that reflects our brand values
• Collaborate with our boutique and service teams to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience
• Continue to learn, grow, and stay inspired through training, innovation, and curiosity

Our Interview Process

We approach hiring the way we approach skincare: intentionally.

• Initial video call—a quick intro so we can connect face-to-face
• In-person interview—to explore alignment, values, and potential
• Mini facial demonstration—because technique always speaks louder than words

We begin with a three-month probation period, after which we review performance, compensation, and next steps together. This ensures the relationship is right, for you and for us.
