The Job: Technical Fabrication Sales Expert
Job Requirements
- 5 or more years of sales experience specifically in fabrication services with a proven track record.
- B2B lead generation and sales within the fabrication sector.
- Maximize sales activity on MC3 marketing-generated leads within the fabrication industry.
- Ability to identify customer needs and match requirements with company fabrication services/solutions.
- Develop new accounts from leads and prospecting efforts within the fabrication industry.
- Maintain existing account relationships professionally within the fabrication sector.
- Utilize innovative sales, marketing, and business development activities to increase sales volume within the fabrication market.
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast and log all sales-related activities and events into MC3's CRM.
- Prepare and present sales and product presentations to prospective and existing customers within the fabrication industry.
- Stay abreast of new technology, market developments, appropriate standards, and competitor offerings within the fabrication sector and keep current on trends from both market and technical standpoints.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and general industry knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and our estimating, design, and engineering teams within the fabrication sector.
- Ability to build and promote long-lasting customer relationships within the fabrication industry.
- Seek out and determine key players in prospective accounts within the fabrication sector.
The successful candidate will be required to work onsite at our Kingsville, Ontario office. While this is not a remote position, the successful candidate will be required to use remote technology as needed to conduct sales presentations.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: In-person
Pay: $70,000-$85,000 per year with Commission opportunities
Only qualified candidates will be invited for an interview. As part of the interview process, short-listed candidates will be required to conduct an on-site visit to demonstrate mechanical aptitude within the fabrication sector.
