Now Hiring: Maintenance Manager

About the Role:
A well-maintained environment doesn’t just look good it reflects who we are. As Maintenance Manager, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring our building, grounds, and equipment are safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise in maintenance and team supervision will make a daily impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all maintenance operations including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping

• Conduct regular inspections and lead preventative maintenance plans

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized work

• Respond to emergency repairs and ensure readiness protocols are in place

• Lead and schedule the work of the Maintenance Technician, Housekeeping, and Bus Driver

• Track and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment

• Support capital improvement projects and ensure adherence to safety policies

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in all areas of the community

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.)

• Comfort with a wide range of tools and equipment

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies

• Familiarity with safety and hazard communication procedures

• Certifications as required by local/state regulations
