Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise time management system implementation projects.
- Manage the department's human, material, and financial resources.
- Ensure full management of time stamp inventories (procurement, installation, maintenance, replacement, stock tracking).
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and Operations implementation teams to ensure smooth integration of systems.
- Develop and implement procedures and performance indicators.
- Train, guide, and engage the implementation team.
- Provide consulting services to internal and external partners.
- Ensure that practices comply with current standards and organizational policies.
- Produce management reports and make strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Deliver high-quality service to our clients.
- Communicate relevant information to ensure smooth operational functioning.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Anticipate events and workload fluctuations to prepare the team.
- Ensure that various tasks are performed in line with service level agreements.
- Manage customer complaints and claims.
- Oversee training planning and needs.
- Establish, review, analyze, and present productivity standards for the department.
- Improve team efficiency using an optimization and continuous improvement approach.
- Take an active role in strategic planning and the deployment of certain operational projects.
- Support and advise the team: participate in ongoing performance feedback meetings and implement tools that foster employee development.
- Address team performance issues and establish corrective action plans when necessary.
- Analyze monthly team results to ensure activities are performed with maximum efficiency.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- University degree in management, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in team or project management
- Knowledge of time management systems and time clock technologies
- Experience in inventory management or logistics (an asset)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in payroll management (an asset).
- Strong communication skills.
- Leadership, accountability, initiative, and autonomy.
- Ability to work collaboratively and share experience and knowledge.
- Good understanding of priorities and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Willingness to challenge existing work methods.
- Ability to interact effectively with other departments.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingualism is essential: fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
