About the role

Lead with clarity. This Supervisor role is ideal for someone who understands how skilled imaging, reliable processes and steady support come together to deliver consistently high-quality Computed Tomography (CT) and General Radiography services. At Mount Sinai Hospital, you’ll be tasked with strengthening established systems and supporting staff to maintain consistency, accuracy, and responsiveness. What’s unique here is the increasing volume of oncology and surgical cases requiring advanced CT and X-Ray services. Supervisors here benefit from state-of-the-art imaging technology and shared access to specialized resources and expertise across multiple hospital sites.

Is this you?
Are you skilled at organizing people, tasks, and resources to keep operations running smoothly? You use real-time staffing decisions, shift coordination, and workload planning to keep services efficient and on schedule. When coverage gaps or volume changes arise, you act quickly to redistribute work without compromising standards. By combining structure with day-to-day responsiveness, you create stability that supports both staff performance and patient care.

You are someone who treats compliance, safety, and technical accuracy as the foundation of effective medical imaging. Daily operations under your supervision reflect a clear understanding of regulatory expectations and professional standards. You support technologists in maintaining best practices and resolve issues before they become risks. This mindset helps sustain the department’s high performance and ensures patients receive safe, high-quality care.

If you are someone who can adjust quickly and troubleshoot effectively, this role plays to your strengths. Whether responding to equipment issues, workflow disruptions, or procedural gaps, you assess the situation and apply sound judgment to resolve it efficiently. When conditions change unexpectedly, you are comfortable adjusting in real time. That kind of flexibility helps the department move forward without unnecessary delays or disruption.
