Job Title: Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Techno Functional Advisor
Location: Vancouver, British Columbia Canada (Hybrid)
Position Overview:
Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Techno Functional Advisor to lead functional strategy and delivery across their ERP platform. This individual will act as the primary functional owner of the Oracle Cloud HCM suite, helping drive business alignment, solution design, and overall project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the functional owner for Oracle Cloud HCM within the enterprise ERP landscape.
- Plan and lead product selection assessments , providing guidance on solution fit, cost, timeline, and design alternatives.
- Make critical decisions that materially impact project outcomes.
- Lead the design and development of assets, accelerators, and proprietary offerings in the Oracle HCM space.
- Architect end-to-end HCM transformations tailored to enterprise business needs.
- Present proposed solutions to clients and prospects, responding to detailed functional and technical inquiries.
Required Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or support
- In-depth knowledge of the Oracle Cloud HCM suite and HR end-to-end business processes
- Functional expertise in multiple Oracle HCM modules , including:
- Global HR
- Benefits
- Absence Management
- Compensation
- Time & Labor
- Talent Management
- Recruiting
- Learning or Payroll
- Led at least 2+ full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM
- Skilled in developing and refining estimation models and delivery methodologies
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM business process usage across multiple industries
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP as a whole
- Ability to architect complex transformations and present compelling solutions to stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
- Cross-industry experience
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, etc.
