Do you have a passion for cooking and preparing food? Freson Bros., an Alberta-owned and operated fresh food retail chain, invites individuals who appreciate the craft of cooking to apply for the Deli Clerk / Prep Cook position in Fox Creek, Alberta.
Qualifications:
- Warm and welcoming personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Comfortable working during peak grocery deli hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Experience in a deli or a food setting is an asset
Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and display deli products for purchase
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
- Properly handle and store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Prepare special orders as per customers request
- Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience
Position Details:
- Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
- Location: Fox Creek, AB
- Wage: $15.00 - $18.00 / hour
