• Operating, setting up, and programming CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Planning and organizing tasks for two employees to ensure smooth operations in the machining department.
• Proposing changes or work methods to optimize machining processes.
• Closely monitoring various projects.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ensuring that safety regulations (OHS) are followed by your team.
• Performing other related tasks as required.

Job requirements

• DEP in Machining Techniques or any other relevant training.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in machining.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Proficient in programming with Mastercam software.
• Experience as a team leader is considered an asset.
