Job Title: Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our kitchen team as a Dishwasher/Prep Cook. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized, as well as assisting with basic food preparation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Dishwashing: Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Hand wash delicate or oversized items as necessary.
Properly stack and store clean dishes and utensils.

Food Preparation: Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and portioning food items. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling and storing food.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Bending, stooping, and reaching.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
