We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Digital Media Execution Manager to join our Marketing team in Langley, BC.
Reporting to the Director, Digital Services, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of digital paid media strategies across all banners. You will oversee media operations, manage performance marketing campaigns, and support the integration of digital technologies that enable tracking, attribution, and optimization. Collaborating closely with Brand Marketing, Insights, and Technology teams, you will play a key role in driving business growth through innovative, data-driven media solutions.
You will be responsible for:
- Translating business and brand objectives into full funnel paid media strategies across search, programmatic, social, and emerging channels.
- Acting as an internal advisor on digital media trends, platform innovations, and best practices across retail, grocery, and CPG.
- Leading quarterly and annual media planning cycles in collaboration with cross-functional teams and media partners.
- Building and championing a roadmap for in-house media maturity, including automation, audience segmentation, and data integration.
- Owning the end-to-end setup, QA, launch, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and DV360.
- Establishing operational excellence through standardized workflows, pacing strategies, and budget management systems.
- Guiding A/B and multivariate testing to optimize creative, audience targeting, and bid strategies.
- Partnering with Tech Ops to implement and maintain accurate tagging, conversion tracking, and measurement frameworks such as GTM, Floodlight, and Meta Pixel.
- Collaborating on media mix modelling, attribution logic, and measurement design using both native platform and third-party analytics tools.
- Championing internal adoption of dashboards, reports, and attribution insights to inform decision-making and surface performance trends.
- Recommending and supporting the integration of tools that improve campaign precision, automation, and cross-channel tracking.
You have:
- 7+ years of experience in digital paid media with increasing levels of strategic ownership, ideally within a retail or CPG environment.
- Proven hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta, and complementary ad tech solutions.
- A deep understanding of audience strategy, tracking infrastructure, and data-driven media optimization.
- Strong familiarity with brand safety standards, inventory curation, programmatic supply chains, and cookieless measurement approaches.
- A proven ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level narratives and strategic recommendations.

$88,643.00 - $118,190.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
