The Associate Director, Balance Sheet Advisory will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance on balance sheet management, capital allocation, and risk management. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles and the ability to analyze complex financial data.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide insights and recommendations on balance sheet strategies.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize capital allocation.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast balance sheet performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance or MBA.
- Experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to balance sheet management.
