About nielsen fitness personal training

Hospitals and Health Care

There are many things that set us apart from the competition, but the most important one has to do with standards.

Personal training is an unregulated industry, which means that just about anyone can take a weekend course and call themselves a Certified Personal Trainer (not good).

There is SO much more to personal training than you might think (or than the old ‘meathead’ stereotype would lead you to believe) – especially when dealing with unique or special needs and older adults.

A good trainer will have a strong understanding of injury prevention, biomechanics, and exercise physiology – and that’s what you’ll get with us.
