We are seeking a mature, accountable, and team-oriented Office Coordinator to play a vital role in our operations. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, including managing their calendar, booking appointments, and making travel arrangements. Additional responsibilities include preparing and editing correspondence, overseeing office supplies, and supporting various departments to ensure seamless operations. The role also involves managing all corporate accounts, handling reception duties, and working on special projects as required, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Required Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- ShareVision experience is an asset

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Integra is contracted to provide supports and services on behalf of Community Living British Columbia (CLBC). CLBC is a crown corporation that has been given legislative responsibility governing all services to persons with developmental disabilities in BC. We also receive funding from the Ministry of Children and Family Development to support children and youth with special needs. Individuals served by Integra are adults who live with a developmental disability. We also support children and youth with special needs, as well as adults who have complex health care needs and/or a dual diagnosis (when a person has both a developmental disability and a mental health problem).
