Role Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to build and grow client relationships in the I&IT space. This role involves identifying business opportunities, managing client accounts, and helping organizations find exceptional tech talent.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage a book of business in the Federal Government I&IT sector
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to deliver tailored talent solutions
- Attend client meetings, understand hiring needs, and propose strategic staffing solutions
- Help develop long-term partnerships by delivering high-impact, value added service
- Participate in shaping internal sales strategies and contribute to a supportive team culture

- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or staffing (I&IT strongly preferred)
