What to Expect
The Inventory Control Associate role provides experience and expertise in performing daily cycle counts, reviewing and troubleshooting inventory transaction issues, and working closely with Manufacturing and Material Handling to correct issues. The successful candidate is highly competent in using inventory systems, understands part consumption, and can analyze cycle count data before correcting/adjusting inventory. The Associate works cross-functionally with multiple teams to troubleshoot inventory inaccuracies while supporting corrective actions. In addition, the role demands data analysis and concise reporting KPI to Finance and local management, primarily aiming to improve inventory accuracy.
What You'll Do

Performs daily cycle counts of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods

Provides accurate cycle count metrics to inventory control and financial leaders

Meets or exceeds cycle count objectives and KPI’s each week/month
-
Identifies inventory discrepancies, investigates root causes, and recommends improvements to cross-functional teams to obtain high levels of inventory accuracy

Monitors location aging reports and provides feedback to the materials team to ensure transactions are performed timely and accurately

Identifies racking/labeling discrepancies and proactively corrects the issues

Assists with general material handling and inventory control activities as required
What You'll Bring

At least two years of knowledge and experience in warehousing and material handling

Previous experience as a cycle counter/inventory control associate
-
Working knowledge of inventory systems (WARP, MOS/MES, SAP, or equivalent)

Strong computer skills, especially Excel (intermediate level required)

Attention to detail and a commitment to identifying data inaccuracies
-
Ability to work independently on daily tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
-
Trained to operate mobile equipment or ability to obtain certification within 30 days
