About the Role:
We're hiring a Sales Manager / Director to lead and scale our growing sales department. You’ll manage a team of inbound appointment setters and closers, coach them to elite performance, and build upon our current systems to create consistent growth. You will collaborate directly with the Founders and 2IC to implement the sales vision, oversee revenue-driving activities, and ensure the team is operating like a well-oiled machine.
This is a high-impact leadership role inside a fast-growth, founder-led company with strong brand equity, proven product-market fit, and a massive volume of warm, high-intent leads.
Responsibilities:
- Own the sales team’s performance and ensure we meet or exceed our growth goals
- Ensure all reps hit projections, targets, and KPIs
- Analyze sales data and team performance metrics
- Conduct daily call reviews, training, and provide feedback
- Run daily sales meetings and pipeline reviews
- Train and coach reps on sales skills, objections, closing, etc
- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new reps as needed
- Optimize sales processes, tools, and workflows
- Collaborate with marketing, ops, and production teams
- Jump into key deals or escalations as needed
- Report daily/weekly on team metrics, sales metrics, challenges, and optimization insights
Note: while the focus is on leadership and management, the ideal candidate isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and/implement new processes or when necessary.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years leading remote sales teams in high-ticket, physical product, professional service, or consultative sales
- Experience with phone sales and/or long sales cycle products/services
- Deep coaching ability, you know how to develop reps from average to elite
- Obsessed with discipline, rep accountability, and a growth mindset
- Strong leadership presence online and in person, energetic, organized, and a clear communicator
- Familiarity with Jeremy Miner's 7th Level Sales Training (NEPQ) and/or similar sales methodologies and a proven track record of successfully implementing them with teams
- Must have experience with CRM systems in general, technical proficiency, and ownership of the CRM is expected (Go High Level experience is an asset).
- Bonus: Strong understanding of the DTC / physical product eCommerce landscape, background in sales for physical, buildable products (e.g., sheds, cabins, ADUs, or home renovations), experience selling to family-oriented buyers or homeowners.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary + performance bonus
- Optional rev share potential after the initial term
Location:
- Preference will be given to candidates who are local and able to work in-person. However, we are open to considering strong remote candidates as well
