* "Hunting" new business opportunities
* Sourcing/recruiting high caliber candidates
* Lead generation
* Calling and Meeting candidate and client prospects weekly in construction industry vertical markets
* Involvement in proposal process and developing and pitching proposals
* Negotiating Commercial Terms of Business and Rates
* Account Management and Cross Selling for Account Development
Profile
* 3- 5 years Commercial Sales (Business to Business) experience, within Recruitment Preferred*
* University Degree or equivalent
* Competitive history (Sports background, proven top sales person track Record)
* An ambitious, outgoing personality and a will to win
Job Offer
* Uncapped earning potential - Typical target earnings of circa 85+k first year, 90k-100k second year, over 100k 3rd year, and so on!
