Interested? We are looking for our next Agent to join our Maritime Export department in Montreal.

Your main tasks will be to:
- Follow up on customer maritime export transport requests, at their request or at the request of the Pricing Division
- Make reservations in CargoWise with the selected shipping line
- Confirm reservations with carriers and customers and compile relevant information to finalize reservations
- Complete the relevant contractual documents to ensure the transport of goods from the collection point specified by the customer to the port of arrival (B13 Customs Declaration, Bill of Lading (B/L), etc.).
- Review and finalize the contractual documents exchanged with shipping line agents and customers, and obtain customer approval of the final versions.
- Send the Pre Alert document to the customer when the cargo leaves the port, along with the relevant commercial documents, the final Bill of Lading (B/L), and the AXXESS invoice for services rendered
- Notify the customer when the ship arrives at its destination port (ensure excellent customer service)
- Follow up with the customer as needed if the containers are not picked up upon arrival (ensure excellent customer service)
- Refer difficult customer or external partner cases in the files under your responsibility to your immediate supervisor as needed
- Ensure proper electronic document management in the files under your responsibility
- Perform any other related tasks, including supporting the Projects Division team as needed.
What we are looking for:
- You are bilingual in French and English so that you can communicate with your future colleagues and customers based throughout Canada and the United States.
- You have studied logistics or a related field.
- You have experience in maritime exports and with an international freight forwarder.
- You are independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- You enjoy working in a team and are motivated to take on new challenges!
