The IT Business Analyst (BA) plays a pivotal role in driving innovative and scalable products that deliver value to the business. This position involves managing the solution's lifecycle to meet market demands and ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and continuously provide value.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders, including Product Managers, Product Owners, and Development Teams, to support decision making on solution options and priorities.
• Engage in business partnering and product management activities.
• Develop and maintain business cases, striving for harmonization of business processes across departments.
• Perform business analysis activities and create deliverables such as Business Cases, User Stories, Functional Specifications, and Acceptance Criteria in accordance with Roche standards.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience with Conga CPQ and Salesforce (SFDC) is mandatory.
• Proficient in JIRA for project management and tracking.
• Strong business analysis skills, including Requirement Analysis, solution design, and Stakeholder Management.
• Detail oriented with a focus on ensuring requirements accuracy.
• Problem solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose viable solutions.
• Technical expertise in understanding tech stacks, frameworks, and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ASPIRE is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Hands on experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in Quote Management in Automotive and Sales.
• Experience as a Lead BA, Product Owner, or Enterprise BA is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks/methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe).
• Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, IIBA AAC, IREB) is a plus.
• Experience with diagramming, mock-ups, and UI design tools (e.g., Balsamiq for UI/UX design, Draw.io, Microsoft Visio, LucidCharts, UI/UX Designing with Adobe XD) is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant.
• Self-organized with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams, including offshore resources.
• Exhibit soft skills such as listening, communication, Business Negotiation, and Analytical Thinking.
• Demonstrate a Lean Agile mindset and act as an Agile ambassador.
• Display values such as collaboration, focus, and an open mindset.
