About the role
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The overall purpose of this position is Provide support to the Warranty Team and Warranty system users relating to Prior Work Authorization, Claims and Warranty hotlines.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
-
Adjudicate PWA and claims.
-
Responding to inquiries and requests from dealers through the warranty hotline.

Assist Warranty Support Specialist as required.

Other duties as required
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
-
Completion of a secondary school diploma and college, e.g., diploma / certificate / trade license or an equivalent combination of experience and education
-
Knowledge of Automotive technical.

Good oral and written communication skills in both English and French
-
Excellent MS Office skills (good knowledge of Excel recommended).

Strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills.
-
General knowledge of I.T. systems.
