Position Summary:
As a Machine Operator at AGF, you will report to the Production Manager and play a key role on our production team, operating the machinery that manufactures our high-quality, professional-grade cleaning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret work orders and job requirements
• Set up machines for daily operation
• Operate machines to produce high-quality, specification-conforming parts
• Take measurements and inspect finished products to maintain standards
• Detect malfunctions and troubleshoot machine issues
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and support preventative maintenance schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Assist in Packaging when required and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator (3+ years preferred)
• Experience operating CNC-controlled machines is an asset
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and understand technical information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Quality-focused with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills

Other Details:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Shift hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (hours may vary based on business needs)
• Must be able to meet production targets and deadlines
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
• Must have clear criminal record check
